Air conditioning/heating is charged locally at the rate of CY£3.00 per unit per day. Alternatively, book and pay for such requirements in advance at the time of final payment and receive a 10% discount.
Special rates are available for longer winter rentals. Please contact us for further details.
The villa is cleaned on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning can be arranged in advance at a cost of £50 per visit. Please contact us for further details.
To secure a booking a deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. Please see booking conditions for full details. The balance is payable 10 weeks before arrival.
Check-in times on day of arrival are from 14.30 onwards and the villa should be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure.
We accept payment by cheque or postal order.
On confirmation of booking a 25% deposit is required. Please note this deposit is refundable within the Conditions of Cancellation, as defined below
Full balance payment will be required 10 weeks prior to date of arrival.
Cancellation charges are applied as follows: Any reservation cancelled 6 months or more prior to date of arrival will NOT incur cancellation charges.
Any reservation cancelled between 6 months and 10 weeks prior to date of arrival will result in forfeit of the deposit.
The full payment is non-refundable for any reservation cancelled within 10 weeks prior to date of arrival.
