Situated on a large plot of 750 sq m (our sister villa Lemon Grove is 300 sq m) we have had the villa individually designed to offer flexible accommodation.

With 2 bedrooms upstairs (both en-suite) it is ideal for up to 4 persons yet with a double sofa bed downstairs with access to a 3rd shower/wc on the ground floor it can comfortably sleep up to 6. It is a 10-15 minute drive inland from Polis and rental rates are, we believe, competitive. It is of course furnished to a high standard.

Villa Location

Located on the outskirts of the village the villa enjoys what can only be described as spectacular views across the entire western end of Cyprus’ north coast from Pomos to the Akamas Peninsular.

Set on a large plot at the end of a private cul-de-sac the villa is one of seven offering comfort and privacy yet only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Drouseia where you will find three very good taverna’s and a small shop.

Alternatively, you can drive the 10-15 minutes or so to the small fishing village of Latchi with it’s picturesque harbour and fine seafood restaurants or the “Blue Flag” beach at Polis. A 5 minute drive further inland is the village of Kathikas which also has a very good taverna. The villa offers a relaxed, quiet haven in a little discovered part of Cyprus.

Accommodation

Accommodation includes master double bedroom and second twin bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms/wc and access to a large shared balcony offering unobstructed panoramic views. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, hairdryers and optional air conditioning/heating.

The balcony at the front of the villa provides a spectacular view. Large enough for a table and chairs it’s the perfect place to watch the sun set behind the Akamas Peninsular.

Downstairs there is also the option of a double sofa bed with access to a third shower/wc on the ground floor. With two bedrooms upstairs the villa is ideal for up to four persons yet with the sofa bed it can comfortably sleep up to six for the larger party.

Also downstairs you will find a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen with granite work tops and dining area for four people.

From the kitchen you enter a spacious open plan lounge and additional dining area. With two large sofas, dining table and seating for six, sofa bed, satellite TV (some English channels)/DVD/CD, fire place, ceiling fans and optional air conditioning/heating it is comfortable and airy. The downstairs cloakroom/shower is towards the rear of the villa.

From the lounge three 'French doors' open on to the front terrace. With pergola to offer some shade the terrace provides a commanding view across the garden and the 8x4m swimming pool with Roman steps and then on across the entire Chrysochous Bay.

The front terrace is ideal for outside dining offering views across the gardens and pool towards the sea.

Outside you will also find a pool shower, a large Cypriot brick BBQ and landscaped gardens on two levels. The garden includes trees, palms and colourful shrubs with lighting around the pool to illuminate both pool and gardens at night. There is also sun beds, umbrellas and garden furniture.
The villa also benefits from covered off road parking.
